How do I get your cookies?
We deliver within a 10 mile radius of zip code 33146. A minimum order of $20 is required.
If you live beyond the 10 mile radius, but within 25 miles, an additional delivery fee applies based on mileage.
Please call us for special pick-up times if you live outside of these zones.
We do not offer shipping at this time.
What size are your cookies?
Our cookies come in a variety of sizes and are labeled accordingly. You can expect the following to be true, unless otherwise noted:
Miniatures: 2”
Small: 3”
Medium: 4”
Large: 5”
X-Large: Over 5”
Which forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Money Order, Traveler’s Checks: Cash on Delivery
We do not accept credit card payments at this time.
Your cookies are made to order. How far in advance should I place my order?
We require 72 hours notice to be able to produce and package standard orders by your desired delivery date. Please contact us to discuss last-minute needs. We will do everything we can to satisfy your request although our ability to do so will vary depending on current volume.
Can you create custom party favors for my special occasion?
Absolutely. We will work with you to create designs that will enhance and complete your event. Contact us to explore the options for your dinner party, birthday, bridal shower, or seasonal soiree. Please contact us at least one week in advance.
Can Cookissimo assist with business gift giving and large orders?
We would love to provide assistance with gift ideas and custom orders for your clients, guests and employees.
How long do your cookies last?
When stored in an airtight container, our cutout cookies have a shelf life of approximately 2 weeks. Do not refrigerate. Cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months and maintain their freshness and quality.
What kind of packaging is available?
At this time, our standard products are packaged in bakery boxes wrapped with a gorgeous ribbon. Party favors come individually wrapped in clear cellophane. We will soon be introducing enhanced packaging options for our standard and custom products.
Why don’t my cookies look exactly alike?
All of our shaped cookies are iced by hand, which may result in occasional inconsistencies. Rest assured that each will taste just as delicious and fresh as the other museum-quality cookies in the batch.
